Customer Support

Quick checks for common connection problems and ways to reach us.

1. Check power

Confirm the indoor Wi-Fi router and the outdoor-radio power supply or PoE injector have power.

2. Check cables

Make sure Ethernet cables are firmly connected and have not been moved to the wrong port.

3. Restart the router

Unplug the indoor Wi-Fi router for 30 seconds, reconnect it, and allow several minutes to restart.

Still offline?

Contact us with your name, service address, and a description of the problem. A photo of the router, power supply, cables, and indicator lights can help us diagnose the issue.

Common questions

Is the whole network down?

Before assuming a network outage, check power and restart only the indoor router. Contact support if multiple devices remain offline.

Should I reset my router?

Do not press the small factory-reset button unless support specifically asks you to. A factory reset can erase the configured Wi-Fi settings.

Can weather affect service?

Severe weather, damaged power equipment, or physical obstructions may affect a fixed wireless link. Contact us if service does not return after the weather clears.
